I prefer IE because you can adjust more of the settings....I do not save history and I empty the folders upon closing IE, that has taken care of the problem. I prefer the yahoo toolbar too as opposed to all the add ons that do the same thing....pop up blockers, spy ware etc.

Internet Explorer consumes the least amount of memory. It's built into the system core so it's understandable.
Edit: The man asked which browser consumes the least amount of memory, not for your browser recommendations.

Do u mean cache space? or RAM? IE has the lowest RAM usage, and every browser can be set to use a lower amount of cache in the internet options.
