Hi, i really like to exercise and keep my woman bits in shape, but i want to know how to tighten my butt up and the inside of my thighs! i dont want my inner thighs touching.

Lay on your stomach and point your heel at the ceiling do 10-15 reps, sqeeze your butt while doing so.

You can also lay on your stomach doing the same thing.

Wall sits and squats.

While you are watching your favorite tv show during commercials squeeze your butt until the commercials are over.

Squats and lunges work, but try to find somewhere with lots of stairs, walk up them two at a time, its great for the butt, for the inner thighs, if u dont have a gym, sit on the floor with a chair in front of u and put ur legs out straight, ankles on the legs of the chair and try to push ur ankles together, works a treat. U need to push for 10 seconds, release, and do it as much as u can

One of those little stairsteppers...about $50.00 at Wal Mart. I discovered the butt tightening quite by accident. I have a bad knee so I couldn't use it the way you are suppose to. I would lock both knees in a straight position and sort of move side to side when going up and down on it.

Wow--it really worked.

squats and lunges all the way with a decent weight to work your muscles, if you do weights you will keep your shape, it will just get better and the more muscle you build up (not big), the more your body will burn up the fat on its own. Running also, that should do it. Running, squats and lunges.............

Squats and Lunges best for bums lol also whilst repeating myself find a belly dance class thats great !!!

lunges, for real!! and wear ankle weights around under your jeans all day. trust me, i have the nicest butt known to man.
