I have exactly 3 months to get a great body. A freind and I have gym memberships and we are going 6 days a week. What are the best exercises to do while at the gym to get the best and fastest result?

Water aerobics may seem like an old lady class, but it is so much fun! You can still do your regular workout, or use the treadmill/elliptical machine, or whatever it is you do, but try a water aerobics class afterwards.

If you get into a good class it will seem fairly easy at the time, but you'll feel it the next day. A good class uses weights and all sorts of equipment so you get a great workout and have fun at the same time.

I have found that alternating classes with workouts is more motivating and effective for me. There are so many different types of classes available, try different ones until you find one you like. Our gym has one that uses exercise balls and weights. It works on the core muscles of your absomen, and it is terrific. The teacher says building your core is the best way to lose weight, but I don't know if that's true or she's just talking up her class.

Dead lifts with weights. Try to get it above 250 and make sure your friend is spotting you.
