I would like to start eating healthier this new year and i would like to pre-make my meals for the week on Sunday...but i need ideas.

I would like to make breakfasts and lunch/dinners (one lunch or dinner a day i will eat a lean cusine)

What are some ideas for food to prepare in Sunday and use all throughout the week?

you can make a ground beef mixture of ground beef, chopped onions, and tomato sauce.refrigerate in several containers and you can make different meals in the week like, you can make lasagna one day, tacos the next day and sloppy joes the next, and all you have to do is change the spices when you heat up the ground beef.its easy.you can also use GROUND TURKEY for a lighter meal.

Make yourself a large batch of pasta sauce, freeze in single serving size containers and then you have easy and quick access during the week. Cook up pasta or rice, and you are good to go!

Also, try making a large batch of different soups as they are also freezable and once again, store in single serving containers.

Mash a potato with a small tin / jar of baby food poured over it and have Petits flous for afters . Lots of fruit / jars of creamed rice / some raisins / quick cooked soft rice with some cooked chicken or tuna mixed in . I'm sure these will tidy you over until you stock up your freezer again .
