Almighty God is One and Only. Almighty God is eternal (without beginning or end, i.e., everexisting) and absolute. Almighty God begets not, nor was he begotten. There is nothing comparable to Almighty God. Chapter-112, The Holy Qur'an.
Know Almighty God, Allah, through his signs present in The Holy Qur'an. And, start living pious life, there is every possibility that Almighty God may answer your question to you directly through any medium, i.e., via dream, etc., and be pious till death. Then, when you meet Almighty God, you will difinitely have the answer along with paradise.
If you live a non pious life, no doubt you will get answer after your death, but there is no certainity that you will be given paradise.
Therefore FAITH & BELIEF lies inbetween HOPE and FEAR.

Science acknowledges that they can't explain the origin of the universe before the Big Bang; Theists, likewise, believe that God has been there forever, a concept hard to grasp. Peace.

God was created as a way to explain the creation of the earth. That's why smart people now know he is fake because they have found out how the earth was REALLY made.

He exists outside of time. If you asked this question, you must have encountered a host of questions of the exact same title. I think you should have simply read those past posts.

God is the member of a VERY exclusive club. Only really cool gods are allowed.
Not me, though... :(

I believe that human beings created the concept of God in an effort to explain everything that they couldn't understand, and everything they couldn't accept.
