No. No matter how much you change, that will never be enough if you want to build a life with him, you have to go all the way.
Talk to people who has been there. If you don't become Muslim like him, religious or not, even just by name, it will never be enough, and the reality of it, it will not work for you. Ask him if he would conver to your religion! and you will see he will not. Because religious or not, Islam is all the are, it is their way of life, it is them.

A Muslim man can marry a Jewish woman, a Christian woman, or a Muslim woman. Just so you know Muslims do not date. Third the children will take their father's last name and be raised in Islam. Fourth the children will belong to him and not you. Sixth you can not take the children out anywhere without the accompaniment of your husband.

If your religious and he is muslim then u should know that having a girlfriend is forbidden in Islam but obviously he doesn't care but if he is then you should respect his religion and do things the right way instead of u both commiting adultry reather u are religious or not.

According to Islamic guidelines Muslim men are not permitted to have girlfriends. Can it work? Well that probably depends on what each of you are looking for in the relationship. If you can accept him as he is and he can accept you as you are, there is a possibility that it could work. If he would expect you to convert or change the way you behave, dress, etc. and you're not feeling that...then perhaps it will not.

I would be very careful what path you walk.
Mohamed got sick and wanted to kill himself when he was visited by an angel. There is only one angel that would make someone want to kill themselves, the angel of light the most beautiful angel there ever was his name is lucifer (the devil). Everything they say lines up with Revelation in the Bible. Christians are waiting for the Antichrist to come he is supposed to claim to be Christ. The devil (the ninth imam) in disguise is to stand next to the Antichrist. Yes the devil has made this evil religion and he will continue to kill many until it has taken over much of the world, even the United States will be ravaged by Islam. But in the end Jesus will come back and conqueror the earth and cast all unbelievers into hell. So make sure you accept Christ as your one and only salvation and repent from your sins (turn from your sin) and ask for the Holy Spirit to live in you

You don't need religion, and neither does he. Just turn from sin and accept the true Lord of all Jesus Christ. This is the only way to be saved. He is real.
I really do pray you do accept Him.
Then you can be assured that God will bring you the right man in His time.

If you marry a muslim, the children are considered his property as are you. If you divorce, the man automatically gets custody of the kids. Some more fanatical muslim sects believe in female circumcision. I read last month a story of a muslim man sent to jail for personally circumsizing his 2 year old daughter. They lived in Florida.
Be very careful with muslim men. They can change attitudes dramatically after marraige.

It could work if you understand Islam, examples, no pork, many wives, prayer 3x a day, less hygiene, not so much skin in dressing, etc.

Muslims require a lot from there woman. You are not only getting into a relationship with him but his religion. Marriage is one thing but then you will have children and you will be forced to bring them up muslim.
Is that what you want out of life.

ya if you like eachother a lot it will work my mom is christian my dad is muslim they have been married for 21 years and love each other a lot if you can put your religion away it will work
