i want to make scrambled eggs can you help me?

I chop onions, green peppers and ham in mine. Sometimes I add pepper jack cheese. Also I add hash brown potatoes sometimes. The thing is with scramble eggs there is so many ways to add a little flavor, different meats, different cheeses. Think of something you like and add. My old man likes salsa on his.

Hi! We like scrambled eggs done many different ways! This one is our favourite...
Ingredients needed:
Eggs
milk or water( milk is best )
butter or margarine
ham steak
sweet summer peas ( these taste best, use what ever peas)
lemon-pepper ( or plain black pepper )
sea salt ( or table salt )
bread ( for toast!!! )

Cube the ham steak into bite size pieces, Mix the eggs and milk. Heat the pan, add butter. Be careful not to let the butter brown. Add the egg mixture to the pan. Add ham cubes. Sprinkle the amount of peas you would like. Add salt and lemon pepper. Put a lid on the pan. The steam helps to warm the peas. Cook as normal for scrambled eggs.Enjoy!
** Lightly browned soft toast with a little butter, with this ham scramble on top is devine! Tastes great as a toasted sandwhich too!

Butter, salt and pepper gives scrambled eggs a nice flavor. Add some shredded cheddar cheese and diced up ham. Or you could do a western omelet with onions, peppers, tomatoes and cheese. I'll sometimes wrap it up in a warm flour tortilla and have a burrito..

make the egg like you're gonna make make sunny side( dont mix em all together) when the whites are close to cooked than crack the yoke. place a slice of cheese (cheddars best) on top of the whites and douse with a little balsamic vinegar. Seriously.

Scramble w/a bit of milk; and chunks of Velveeta Cheese, garlic salt and if you choose...add turkey, ham or bacon...

depends on what you like, for me i enjoy scrambled eggs with salsa and cheddar. i also like cooked crumbeld italian sausage with fresh basil, tomatoes and mozza cheese.
