How/when to ask my freind out?

Ok, well I'm in a good siituation right now, my friend likes me, and I like her, and we both know it, but we both want to wait a little while to mkae sure we wont make a bad choice. But when wold be an appropriatetime to ask her out and how should I?

I now just what R U talking about! The bast cure is:
Call her out for a walk, movies, bike-ride or something, and relax! Everything is going to happen by itself. The big plus is if U buy her something. (try with everything but flower, condom, Teddy bear...) :)
