we talk on the phone every night, I wear his shirts to bed and if I had a bad day then i curl up in one and remember how he smells...and I count the days until I can see him again

You just have to tough it out as best you can. My boyfriend is 400 miles away from me, but it isn't so bad because we talk a few times a week and email often. Just little short messages saying "I love you" or "wish you were here" make a huge difference in how much we miss each other and how bearable separation is.

My girlfriend and I live 2000 kilometers apart, so we've maintained an open relationship. I see other women and she sees other men. It's been going great so far. Long distance relationships will die eventually if there is no freedom. Don't get me wrong, there were jealously issues at first from me and from her, but we got over it. She's moving to my town in april and we are going to be together exclusively. I can hardly wait. So don't worry, as long as you trust her not to cheat emotionally, and she can trust you to do the same.. then find closeness whereever you can find it ^_^

Yes, it is sooooo hard to be away from your beloved. If you like a physical touch from him, then do something to see him in person. After, it is within your reach, he's still in our planet right? 'If there's a will, there's a way', one the sayings says so. And I strongly believed in that. Common girl, do something, it's your move that can make a difference.

If you want to be faithful to her and you need to feel some touch, then you can either fly out to her so you can feel her or you can feel yourself.
If she doesn't mean that much to you, then I would find a available girl and be with her.
