Maintain your individuality, but don't give them any ammunition to where they can say, "I told you he was bad." In other words, be you, but stay out of trouble (not saying that you have been in any, but no one's an angel either).

Remember that no one is perfect, so no one really has the right to judge you. On the other hand, your words and actions are going to be what others seen in you, so put your best foot forward at all times.

There is nothing wrong with being an individual. Your individuality may make you famous and as long as you stay out of trouble, you will have the upper hand when it's all said and done. If you maintain yourself over time, everyone will not be able to help but see that you are an o.k. person/family member/sibling.

I'm the youngest sibling and I am not like any of my siblings, but I get the job done and have fun doing it. My family sees that now.

Have fun, live life, and live life for you! You will be fine...and one day your family will come to accept who you are just as well.

Well, have an introspection. Ask yourself why they hated you that much unlike with your siblings. What made them say that? In this world, no one can evade the idea of comparison. I mean, one person is being compared with other. If your siblings are meeting up the expectations of your family and loved ones then, they could be easily tagged as the good guys. If you're doing what they are doing, then your're the only one who goes the other way around, thus, you are branded as the bad guy, worse the "blacksheep of the family." Hang on bro., don't lose hope, you can always change. Accept the situation a great challenge and hit them right the spot by showing your being unique.

Ha! It's always the smartest ones that dare to be different. You are proving that you are independent, and out of the so called "flock effect" . The people who want you to conform to a certain group have already limmitted themselves within the consensus of that group, becasue they are afraid to be different. It may be good or it may be bad, but you're taking life by the reels, and you are so much better, I think!

You shouldn't do anything. Be glad that you are doing what you want an not what everyone wants you to do. You are your own person! Be independent and not a follower. If people don't accept you for who you are, then don't be around them. I know that it is hard because it is your family, but they should accept you for who you are and be happy that you don't follow others.

Good Luck!!

There comes a time when you must be selfish, even if its towards your family. If they call you bad to your face, I say speak up right then and there and confront them on their short comings and tell them how much it bothers you that they say the things they say.
