Ingredients:
6 oz Austi Spumanti
1 oz peach schnapps
frozen peaches
ice

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together.

2 to 3 white peaches pureer. (Can use yellow peaches) 1 tsp of raspberry puree, 1 bottle of chilled Prosecco. Blend peaches in blender the keep in fridge until very cold. Spoon 1 1/2 tbsp in a chilled glass along with 2 to 3 drops of raspberry puree. Slowly stir in the Prosecco. Try harry'sbarveniseitaly on the web. Harry's Bar originated this drink in the 1940's in Venice Italy. This is a before dinner drink.
