a relaxed dress code and good pay are a plus, as well...

How about a receptionist at a funky salon? Or a stylist at one, although you would have to go to cosmetology school, but stylists/manicurists/estheticians make pretty decent money. Estheticians (sp?) do facials and waxing, and you don't necessarily have to work at a nice spa. Either way, beauty school really doesn't take too long, and isn't that costly. My best friend loves her job as a nail tech, and she works at a trendy, funky little salon with some wild and fun individuals! Good luck!

The first question I would ask is what skills do you have? Unfortunately, many young people get visible tattoos and piercings without realizing such a decision can severely limit job opportunities. Many corporate hiring managers will not consider hiring someone with visible tattoos unless the position has no contact with people outside the business. I think your absolute best bet for a high paying future is to go into business for yourself; You can choose a field such as landscaping where the dress code is relaxed. while working for yourself is much more difficult, it is also much more rewarding both in potential pay and personal satisfaction.

Good luck.

I'm sorry to say this but there are not many places that allow any tatts and piercings to show, this is mostly any job that deals with the public and most office jobs.
The military has limit on how many tatts a recruit to have.
the best advice I can give is to cover up the tatts and take out the piercings if you want a good paying job.

Actually, your options are pretty open. The office environment tends to be little less open to it, but if you're not dealing with poeple then it shouldn't hold you back if you have computer experience. Programmers tend to have them.

Outside of office, warehouse, other non-whitecollar jobs. The other option is to get a job in a tattoo/piercing shop. If you're cute then they might want someone whos motivated and attractive at the front counter.

Get into computers and get an IT job. They don't usually care. Working at an art gallery would be OK, too. They usually like "creative" people. Don't forget being a hair stylist. Lots of people would be more comfortable with someone like themselves.

Ideally, any job you want. I know plenty of people with "traditional" jobs (doctors, nurses, lawyers, business owners, etc) that have major inkage. Sometimes they they have to cover up for special occasions, though. I wear long sleeves at funerals and during presentations but other than that, I let my colors show.

Becoming a tattoo artist is always a good bet.

Also airbrushing motorcycles or helmets for bikers would be a good gig.

Besides night clubs, I've seen more than a few tats at the local Harley-Davidson dealership. They need cashiers and salespeople.
