I am thinking about switching to American Family Insurance, does anyone know if they are a good company, and offer cheap insurance?

I am an agent with American Family and I can tell you the insider information. As I recently went through training, the one thing they kept stressing to us is customer service. American Family Insurance is all about the small town service, as well as the benefits of a large company that's been around forever. We believe that keeping our customers happy is the only way to run an insurance agency. When our clients are happy, we are happy.

I have had them for quite a few years now. I have my house and two vehicles insured by them. I filed two small claims to them and they were very good about sending me the money.
There may be better deals out there but they have been good to me so I stayed with them.
