My cat passed away on Christmas day too. She was throwing up every couple of hours and she was in so much pain. I couldnt watch her suffer anymore. I put her to sleep on christmas day at an animal emergency. I know how you feel. It happened so suddenly and she was only 3 years old. She got very sick, very fast. I felt like i made the mistake of my life signing the paper to put her to sleep at 3 years old but i found out after she was gone that she had pancreatis and had formed pancreas cancer and she was suffering and in tons of pain. I feel comforted and closure knowing i did the right thing. Its so hard. I have tears in my eyes just writing this.
Im thinking Alex and Mali will play together in heaven. Im glad there is another kitty for Mali to play with. Its so hard...i know.. Alex and Mali are safe now and in a better place. I havent stopped crying so i know how you feel..

Put it this way, if you are going to heaven, then yout pets will be there with you. There is no sadness in heaven - everything you need to be happy and satisfied will be there... how can you be happy without your pets? So, God will make sure that you have your pets there with you.
Actually, I did not come by this conviction by mere logic... that came later. Believe it or not, I had a revelation from the Lord that my beloved Pezza (and Zoe, and Signal, and Miming) is there waiting for me. I mean, I was actually told this by someone I thought to be a random stranger on the sidewalk: "They are bringing your cat" she said and then vanished! I prayed and prayed about it after that and was led to a passage in Scripture which is now my favorite passage: Romans 8: 19 - 25.
Just make sure that you are a child of God.

Yes, Alex is in Heaven, he will be at the Rainbow Bridge when you arrive waiting for you. He is in no more pain, I'm sure he is playing with Maggie, your dog.
I'm sitting here crying after watching your video, it shows how much Alex was loved. I lost two kitties last year, it was so hard. I know your are in pain, it will get easier in time. Remember that Alex will always be in your heart.
Take Care,

All animals go to Heaven dear, and they are waiting for you by the Rainbow Bridge...
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

A lot of people feel the same way about Heaven if there won't be any pets there. Traditionally, tho, we'll be up there with other humans and the angels, not our pets. Since it's such a wonderful place - we may not miss them.
But I like to think of the "New Heaven and New Earth" as including them.

All animals go to heaven because all animals are pure. Animals never murder out of spite, cheat, steal, or anything of the sort. I apologize for your loss, but Alex will continue to live on in your heart, and I am positive that one day you will be reunited.I hope this eases your mind, and allows you to enjoy the remainder of the holiday season.

Yes Alex all pets go to heaven because God made pets and all other living creatures. Inthe Bible it says that we are to look after them until they die and their souls go to heaven.

Catholic priests can be strict but some believe they do. One said it would be an awful boring place without them.
Some other hard core ministers believe they do so I think the odds are very good.
I love my dog and follow my religion as best I can and sure have my hopes.
