If a man goes to a woman to become his sexual partner and have sex with him, she can reject him, and legally he has no recourse. This means that even an ugly woman should get more sex in her life than the average man. However, if he approaches more women, then they won't all reject him, assuming that he's decent-looking and at least mildly confident.

So by increasing the numbers of women that he approaches, he can have more partners than the average women, and only female porn stars and prostitutes will beat him in that regard.

The only thing is, it seems like in going through the necessary rejections to 'win', he still has to do more work than the women. So if he gets 900 rejections but 100 partners in his life, and the average woman has 8 partners in her whole life, does he win or does the average woman win, since she didn't have to do any work to get her 8 partners, and he had to do a whole lot to get his 100?

If you got turned down 900 times, I'm willing to bet you got laid less than the 100 women you estimated the guy would get from a 1 in 10 win-loss ratio.
I'd have to say a guy should consider himself lucky if he had 30 women in a lifetime. The average man sleeps with less than 20, and that's in a 72 year lifespan; so for a player, you'd have to triple it and that's less than 100. Guys that sleep around a lot tend to average 5-10 a year during their peak times and man-whores go 1-2 a month, both highly unusual. When guys talk about sex a lot, it usually means they are doing more talking than humping, so there you have it. I plead the 5th...

Why does anyone have to win? Because it's just a game to you. Most women don't have as many partners because we choose our partners not just try to get laid as much as possible. If we wanted to we could get laid every night of the week but since we prefer to be w/ someone we love it isn't that many. Maybe you would get more if you didn't treat women like prostitutes.

I don't know if it is so much winning at sex as having a really good time..

And to anyone who thinks that this is toooo much sex, listen guys think about sex on average every 7 seconds.. Our other interests are beer, sports, sex, sex and sex...

BTW this is the average male.. not the metro-sexual who has tapped into his feminine side, or the guy that just seems to know how you feel..

If they are a normal, red blooded guy we are going to tell you what you want to hear, when you want to hear it for one thing...

The above question.

I know women who are younger than me who have slept with 3 or 4 times the partners than I have, without either of us really trying. Let's face it, women just have an easier time getting laid if that's what they are looking for.

There's no winning or losing, bottom line is, you have too much time on your hands.

None of these scenarios seem like a winner for sex is not supposed to be used as a weapon or a tool or a game or as a competition.

Actually the women win on this one - because she probably had to shoot down 100 guys to narrow it down to 8 men, but he had to get shot down by 800 girls to get 100 women.

Sex isn't a contest. You're giving it too much thought. Get a different hobby.

Very intellectual question and I appreciate it.

However there are other variables about lifestyle you need to consider.
