Their doctrines teach that out of their present membership of about 6,000,000 worldwide, ONLY 144,000 of them will 'enter the New Kingdom of Heaven'. The rest will be enjoying the new Paradise on Earth, including those that they will be able to persuade to join them...
That leaves ALL OTHERS [i.e., non-JWs] ONLY TWO CHANCES of making it to Heaven: SLIM and NONE.
Peace be with you.

First, you should know that those Born Again to be a part of the faithful and discreet slave carry no automatic position of power in the religion or congregations. They are servants in the congregations. You don't even know who they are until the yearly Memorial. As for including non JWs, that is possible, as only God chooses who makes up the Bride Class. He also is the only one to chose who lives through, or is resurrected after, Armageddon. The Bible does say everyone is resurrected, regardless of who they are. But, they will be resurrected to either life or a declaration of judgment. Since the planet will need to be rebuilt back into a Paradise, it will require a lot more people than just JWs. Even over a period of time like 1000 years, it is a lot of work.
So, do you want to be floating around heaven, or doing something constructive, like rebuilding the Earth, than heading out into the Universe to explore and terraform other planets?

First, All judging is left to Jehovah and his Son.
But what will the basis of that judging be?
Matt 7:21 “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of the heavens, but the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.
The requirement to get into the Kingdom of the Heavens is to be doing the will of his Father.
Who today is doing Jehovah's will?
Who today even recognize who Jehovah is?
Rev 3:12 “‘The one that conquers—I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God, and he will by no means go out [from it] anymore, and I will write upon him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God,
Who today know Jesus' God?
Who today know the name of Jesus' God?
Jesus doesn't have 1500 different roads leading to the same place.
Matt 7:13 “Go in through the narrow gate; because broad and spacious is the road leading off into destruction, and many are the ones going in through it; 14 whereas narrow is the gate and cramped the road leading off into life, and few are the ones finding it.

The term "kingdom of Heaven" also means "kingdom of God". We, JWs believe that Jehovah thru his Son Jesus, will save us in Armageddon and if we keep their commandments and exercise faith in them. Jesus is the assigned judge, and Jesus will do the judging. We believe that there will be a "resurrection both of the righteous and unrighteous". It is not our own decision but it is Jehovah and Jesus' decisions. In Armageddon, anybody should turn to Jehovah and Jesus, and if not, just like in Noah's day, only those who went in the ark were saved.

Everyone Above is correct. This belief that only a few will make it also goes back to puritans. Only a few will make it and it has already been written. As in everyone who is to be saved has already been chosen... DESTINY. so they dont know if they are chosen but 'are good' just in case. I went to bible study with JW's and even had a very good friend. However her ideal turned her against me! So much for that! I guess i am not on the saved list.

Yes, of course.
The term "Kingdom of Heaven" is named such because the seat of authority is in heaven. The bible teaches that nearly everyone who has ever lived and died throughout history will be resurrected to life in that Kingdom, no matter their specific denomination or religion. All judging belongs to Jesus and Jehovah.
(Acts 17:30-31) God has overlooked the times of such ignorance, yet now he is telling mankind that they should all everywhere repent. 31 Because he has set a day in which he purposes to judge the inhabited earth in righteousness by a man [Jesus] whom he has appointed
The vast majority of Witnesses hope to enjoy life ON EARTH forever, rather than in heaven. Jehovah's Witnesses understand heaven to refer to the dwelling place of spirit creatures such as Jesus and the angels. They understand the Scriptures to teach that exactly 144,000 humans will join Christ Jesus as kings and priests to administer God's Kingdom (which will soon replace all earthly governments).
(Daniel 2:44) God of heaven will set up a kingdom... It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it itself will stand to times indefinite
(Revelation 14:1) Lamb [Jesus] standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand
(Revelation 20:6) they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him
The men and women who make up the 144,000 are selected by God from among two thousand years of Christians. Many or most of that 144,000 may have never set foot in a Kingdom Hall or read 'The Watchtower'.
Over whom will they rule? Over the vast majority of mankind, most of whom will have been raised from the dead after Armageddon.
(John 11:23,24) Jesus said to her: “Your brother will rise.” Martha said to him: “I know he will rise in the resurrection on the last day.”
Hell is NOT someplace/something mankind needs to fear; there is no suffering in the grave. Sometime after the resurrection, death and "hell" will themselves be destroyed.
(Ecclesiastes 9:5) For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all
(Ecclesiastes 9:10) there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in Sheol ["hell"]
(Revelation 20:14) And death and Hades ["hell"] were hurled into the lake of fire
Almighty Jehovah God selects those few who have the heavenly calling. Each person "feels" his own hope and each person's hope remains unquestioned by his fellow Christians. Still the vast majority (literally more than 99.9%*) of Jehovah's Witnesses expect an EARTHLY hope, the same hope given to Adam and Eve.
(Genesis 1:28) God blessed them and God said to them: “Be fruitful and become many and fill THE EARTH and subdue it [caps added]
(Genesis 2:17) You must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die [so never eating from that tree means never dying]
