what could this be?

im thinking of going to a doctor, but maybe i dont have to.Near my mouth, my lower lip on the left side its dry and red there aretwo little bumps. its NOT acne. i dont know and its a little greyish looking? any ideas?

hmm its grey? I would see a doctor, its probably nothing to worry about, but just to stay on the safe side see a doc.
