That really depends on what health risks are higher for you. Also depends - if you are talking about just one occasional meal, or you're talking about doing it somewhat regularly.

Due to my family history (heart desease) I prefer not eating that meal at all, if my only choise is a burger I just pass it. My blood sugar is pretty stable, so I don't have a problem skipping one meal once in a while. I make sure I drink water to keep myself hydrated.

Absolutely, positively not eating at all is worse! If fact, you might even keep the fat by not eating! Each time you skip a meal your body will modify its metabolism slightly. The less you eat, the slower your metabolism becomes. As the other person said, at least you're eating something, but keep in mind FAT has more that double the amount of calories as protein and carbs. To be exact, Carbs have 4 calories per gram, Protein as 4 calories as well, and FAT has 9 calories per gram. It's great for that lasting energy you need, but make sure it's the good fat. UNsaturated!

If you mean this question literally then not eating anything at all is worse, while eating a fatty meal might not be completely 'healthy', at least you won't starve to death which is a horrible way to die.
