How do I keep my hair from shedding?

While I was pregnant my hair never shed. Probably because I was not geting a relaxer, but after I had my baby and I got a relaxer my hair will not stop shedding. It was also shedding before I was pregnant.

i use nexus shampoo n condition n it stops the hair from shedding it is a bit costly but it really works n my doctor recommended it

Quit putting JUNK on your hair and it will quit falling out
Moisturize well, do not brush, just comb

i think stress can make your hair fall out...at least thats what my mom told me?
