I personally wouldn't recommend a crash diet because if you're planning on eating anything at the event, you're only going to feel like crap about yourself for it.
Try getting plenty of sleep within the next few days, trust me when I say that it actually helps you to look and feel better if you're getting the right amount of sleep.
Also, try, just for the next few days, limiting the amount of caloric drinks that you take in like sweet teas, soda, carbondated beverages, alcohol, this can wear you down.
If you're really trying to feel and look good, try eating a grilled fish for dinner the next two nights and having plenty of fruits and veggies to snack on when you get hungry, you should be feeling great by Friday.
Don't stress out about it, confidence will make you look your very best.

Don't bother with a detox diet, they are meant to be used for weeks at a time. I suggest this:
Take water and heat it up as for tea. Disolve 2 and a half tablespoons of honey in the water. Soak a slice of lemon in the water for 5 minutes, then drink it before every meal, or in the morning and at night at the very least.
Don't worry, it tastes delicious, it cleanses your body out. It is great for also curing a sore throat and upset stomach. Its main use is to make your skin glow. You will see obvious results in 1 week, but 2 days can still do a lot!
Also, freeze 2 spoons in the freezer for a few hours, and place them on your eyes to get rid of bags. Also put the spoons on your face to make pores itsy bitsy and keep them closed!
Be sure to get 10+ hours of sleep every night to look your best. Plus drink COLD water, at least 8 cups a day, and drink the water between bites while eating to curb your appetite and keep yourself from overeating.
Good luck!

The night before your event, don't eat, but drink as much filtered water as you can get down. It purifies the body, and the next day you'll look and feel great.

Don't eat all the time or at least, skip a meal. I know you'll be hungry but that's how it is. Either that or you'll just have to eat less than you usually do. A friend advised me one time and said, "Eat until you're comfortable, not until you're full."

Try a smoothie made up of vegetables. If not that then eat soup as your main meal and oatmeal for breadfast.

They have this thing called detoxiation (spelling?) What they do is wrap you up and in this stuff and put this stuff on you. It makes you smaller and gets rid of the bad stuff in your body. Try to google for a place near you.
