If this is a song title, it sounds to me like a reggeaton thing. In my country, 'Que lo que' is a way of saying Hi, something like what's up, wazza more like. But that's just the way I see and I don't know if I'm right.

"que lo que lo que" doesnt mean anything...it would be like saying that what that what that...it is what it is would be " lo que es, es"...Some spanish speakers, may say "lo que" instead of "que" but it is not correct maybe the song is just repeating these words for rythmical reasons

It has a different meanings, "lo" means it, but with que mean "what" as in what Im trying to say is... Lo que quiero decir es... What I want...Lo que quiero or Lo que yo quiero "Lo que sumado a nuevas" is wrong or not complete...it has to be ..."Lo que he sumado a nuevas"........ spanish is my mother language and I don´t really know what this means, I would say it means, What I have realized.
