That instant tan stuff out of a bottle, it isn't natural but is the only way without getting zapped at a tanning salon or going in the sun

You are asking how to get a tan naturally without tanning. The only way is to spend a lot of time outside.

this is secure in case you know while to renounce and do it moderately. some say tanning beds provide maximum cancers faster, it quite is a crock. Salon tanning is large for cooler seasons, yet do it sparingly because it fees funds and has a similar risks as widespread sunbathing. some human beings pass overboard and do it WEEKLY, it quite is basically asking to get dermis maximum cancers. because of the fact this is summer season time, basically head right down to the coastline and use a low SPF lotion so which you would be able to get some shade. Staying out interior the sunlight for around half-hour (counting on your shade/race/and so on) is oftentimes adequate. then you certainly can turn over and paintings on your decrease back for a similar time. be constructive to maintain on with lotion to ALL areas of your dermis, so even your ears, face, ft, palms, or perhaps your arm pits. After sunbathing, this is clever to take a tub so which you would be able to freshen up, get lotion off of you, and get the particularly some older dermis cells off besides.

Using selftanner lotions is the safest way. Second safest way is sitting out in the sun and the most dangerous is going to a tanning salon.

I use jergens tanning lotion. I love it and it has a mild smell. Also, if you mess up, it comes off easily with soap, warm water, and a wash cloth.

enjoy your new tan!!
happy holidays!!

sunless tanning lotions! i have very fair skin and what works the best for me is coppertone gradual tan. but thats how i "tan" its not worth laying out in the sun damdging your skin thats for sure! but it looks natural and not an orange color. also its a gradual tan so you can build up a nice looking tan that you can contorl not liek spraying it on and being liek OMG IM SO DARK AND ORAGNE. had to go through a few products before i found copperton. doesnt streak either. and i also use jergens natural glow for faces. =)

Use a lotion that is gradual such as Vas. Intesive Care lotion that you apply once a day and about a week later it gives you a healthy glow for the winter..... it doesn't make you orange like self tanner does either so that is good!

Spend a lot of time outside using sunscreen. Better wait till summer or spring unless you live somewhere hot.

It will never be 'safe' if you use the sun. My favorite tanner is Neutrogena's spray bronzer. It's not natural, but the color is great and it last a week.
