Milk may slow down the absorbtion of the alcohol into your blood stream just a little bit but probably not significantly.

Here's the rhyme you asked about
Liquor before beer, you're in the clear;
Beer before liquor, will make you sicker.

If you eat a meal before drinking, drink slowly (as opposed to chugging), and spread out your drinks over a period of a few hours, you will not get as drunk.

As for hangovers, you will not get one if you do not drink too much. Also, if you throw up, you probably will not get one either, although neither is a pleasant experience. Another thing to consider is after you drink, and before you go to bed, put some pain reliever and a glass of water by your bed (in case you do need them in the morning you will not want to have to get up to get them), and then just try to sleep undisturbed for as long as you can.

As a side note, something else that is good to know: when the room is spinning, sit on a couch, put one hand on the wall, and one foot on the ground, and the room will stop spinning!

The milk will help you handle the alcohol but if you drink it within say, 20 minutes or so, it will curdle in your stomach which may make you puke.

Carbs will help you, not only to keep it down, but also slightly absorb and slow the intoxication (although only initially.) Also fuel you through the night so you don't get tired.

As a rule stay away from seafood and eggs. Spicy food is great but if it happens to come back up it will burn.

As always, the best way to avoid a bad night is slow and steady.(moderation always works) The higher the quality and lighter the color of the alcohol the less of a hangover you will have.
It is also CRUCIAL to hydrate. At least one 8 ounce glass of water for every 3 drinks is what I strive for before finally laying down. (also not going unconscious while still piss *** drunk is a big plus, try to be as sober as possible before going to bed.)

As far as the keg stand, you need a dependable crew, a quality keg stand is a three person operation. A standee, a legman, and a dispenser/pumper. You can get away with a 2 person one but when you have the necessary resources go 3. If you are using legwomen then you may want two for a 4 person total. Inhale deeply before you give the signal to your spoutman and exhale slightly before clamping on the bit.

The best way to avoid passing out or throwing up while drinking is to pace yourself. If you're drinking for a long enough period you'll still get drunk but without losing your lunch or going into a coma. In my experience you are also less likely to wake up with a hangover.

the only thing in milk that might help you is the fat which will slow down the digestion in your stomach, making you get drunk slower. better off getting a light solid snack instead.

beer before wine is fine.
wine before beer is queer.
never mix the grain and the grape.

hangovers:
less to practically no hangover with vodka
2 bayer aspirin and 2 glasses of water before bed
cheeseburger in the morning
drink lots of water and sleep it off

keg stand: your on your own

Pray to God consistently while trying, as God helps those who help themselves rather than those who are lazy. Lord Krisna said in Bhagavad Gita, we have to carry out our works and renounce the fruit of our action. So we must keep trying and find joy in doing our work, whether or not we get the desired result. We should not lose hope. Do your best and leave the rest to God,it will all come right some day or night.

there is a good chance the alcohol will cause the milk to sour, and you will be showing the world everything you've put in your stomach in the last 6 to 8 hours. better to just have a light meal before hand.

Nothing as far as I know. It might slow the effect of alcohol tops but more likely will do nothing.
