I weight 149 am I normal or should I lose some? My BMI is 22.0. I have a little mini keg,isd there anything I can do to get rid of that?
Here is my basic meal chart
Breakfast around 9am -2 Eggs,and one piece of bread,2 slices of oranges,and one cup of apple juice
Lunch around 12-2 pm-Chicken sandwich (with lettuce,and onion and mayonaise and) and 2 cups of lemonade.
Snack around 5-fruit and some chex mix.
dinner around 6-7- somedays spagetti or soup or pizza with 2 cups of lemonade.
Should I start drinking water?

No seriously that isnt enough varitey at all, where is your protien? You're recovering from an eating disorder you muscles need protien to get strong again especially your heart. Screw the diet plan youre recovering you need to gain eat what you want. (easier said then done i know) just plan out the night before what youre going to eat, i cant believe a psychairtist agreed with this. Replace your yogurt with a veggie stirfry its loads healthier and if calories are still freaking you out its low in calorie. Try eating eggs and protien if you arent veggie.Your body need MORE food then this. Good luck getting better sweetie.

Ditch all this juice stuff. Maybe have some skim milk in the morning and water the rest of the day....make sure the chicken sandwich is grilled. Need to also work on the dinner menu. Maybe some baked fish or some other kind of baked meat.

The diet looks good. Good health comes from a balance between diet, rest, and exercise, though. It's possible that something else needs attention, and only you know what that might be. Best of luck.
And hydrogenated vegetable oil will cause a spare tire.

you should drink at least 8-10 glasses of water(milk will do in the morning) and eat mor fruits and vegetables. Sometimes meat is ok but eat the fats less. and butter/oil very little. you should also eat carbs.

yes, water is very good when losing weight, but I think your eating way too many carbs. Eat more veggies and lean meat. Is the lemonade sugar free, if not, lots of calories.

thats alot of starch.cut your toast amout by one slice, substitute one lemonade with one glass of water each meal and drink 4- 6 oz of milk for breakfast

cut the fruit juice. especially apple. natural fruit juices are loaded with sugar. also, replace about half your carbs with protiens.
