Headache can really mean a lot of things. But you also have to consider feeling dizzy and fainting for a couple of times. It could be your blood pressure or sugar level. It could also mean you are anemic meaning the level of your red blood cells that carry oxygen throughout your body is below average. Best thing you can do is pay a visit to your doctor, give him signs and symptoms so that maybe he can run tests to figure out what's wrong with your body.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Go to a doctor and tell them all this. Headaches can be caused by a number of things- they could also be migraines. It's a symptom that could be warning you to something going on within your body- so take it and seek help while you can and before something else happens with ya and good luck. tc

You need to see a doctor. That sounds like what I felt like when I had a kidney infection. Back hurt A LOT. Get it checked out- because if left untreated it can turn into kidney failure! It's probably something else, but you really need to go see a doctor.

Without a physical exam there is no way to tell what might be going on. Call your doc in the morning and get in to see the doc to get this checked out. Fainting spells should always be promptly investigated.

You need to see yur doctor, but it sounds a bit like mono. My sister has it, and one thing she comments on is "mono attacks" when she suddenly gets a headache and feels very weak and fatigued.
