He's 15 and smart. Does a purple lollipop meant something? i mean of all the colors?

Being given a lollipop all the time is a bit odd, but the color purple has always been associated with nobility, intelligence, and a high economic stance. Back in old times, only the upper class and leaders were allowed to wear purple garments. in today's context, maybe it has some sort of meaning to the kid you're talking about. Other than that, maybe a favorite color and nothing else. Every time you see purple you associate it with him, maybe?

I don't think any particular color of lollipop mattered maybe he just has alot of purple lollipops or likes the color purple

Yes, it does mean something. When he buys a whole bag of lollipops of all different colors, purple is his least favorite so he gives you all the purple one's. :)

It probably relies upon on the guy. i've got seen good adult adult males act like they have been practically disgusted via mean females. mean females comprise greater drama and could finally be mean to their guy.
