I'm curious if there is a difference in terms of nutritional value between the two, or is it just a matter of conveneince and taste preference?

If anyone could supply a link to additional information related to my question that would be very helpful.

The nutrional value should be the same either way, but Then again with major labels adding extra vitamins and such, it's safer to check the back of the carton.

If i have to go there I'd rather do fresh than whats been sitting on cold storage for god knows how long. And the nutritional value is ever so much better.
