my dad bought this game its for gamecube and we had one like that last year and it always would get stuck in my head so finally he got rid of it then a couple days ago he bought a different version my family says im overreacting but now i can't go in the room and my dad says to leave the matter alone but i think he shouldn't have even brought it into the house it isn't a necessity and he knows i don't like it if it's out of the house i'd be fine but don't you think he should have just not even gotten it if he knew how much i hated it my mother even told him not to buy it.

What kind of game is this for you not to want in the house? your dad and mom are the ultimate rulers of the house and has any say on what can and cant be brought into it. If you don't like the game, seriously, leave the room, go outside, talk on the phone, find something that will take your mind off the game.
Sorry for the disappointment, but there are larger matters to deal with than a game in life. There will soon be bigger things to worry about. Just let the matter go, find something else to do in the meantime...

Why are you being so sensitive? What do you mean that the game would get stuck in your head? Let them play the game and you can do something else. Maybe other people like the game. It would be generous of you to allow them to have their own fun.
Maybe this is a good chance for you to learn more about compromise and patience.

It's just a game. as long as he is not focing you to play it back off and leave him alone. it is his house and his rules, thereforehe can have and play any game he wants. how would you feel if he told you you couldnt have a game yu wanted and told you to get rid of it.

Boundary issue. If this is your house and your gamecube, then toss it w/o a tear.

Your father is selfish. Simple. he thought of his own needs and wants and didnt consider anyone else.
Dont listen to the comments already made my other people. They are all idiots that dont understand and just want to make fun of others.
