That isn't necessarily abnormal with depo. Depending on the person, it can take at least a year to get a normal cycle again. And if you're not getting a regular menstrual and ovulation cycle then it may be a little more difficult to get pregnant. When I got off depo, I had the same problem, so I took birth control pills for a couple of months just to get a regular cycle again, and when I got off them, I still continued to get a normal menstrual cycle. So, maybe you can consider that?? However, if this is something that you are really concerned with, then maybe you should have sit down with your family doctor or gynecologists. I wish you the best of luck :)

You should talk to your doctor. They might give you something to make you have a period. Depending on how long you were on Depo it could take quite a while. They will also test to see if you are pregnant or not. Good luck

if your pregnancy tests are negative probably you are not pregnant. as you know this happens with depo provera. i would suggest tab. dydrogesterone 10 mg thrice a day for 5 days. you may get menses within 2 weeks of last pill.
failure of bleeding with this withdrawal will need estrogen/progesterone combination, and/or some blood tests.

Any woman who hasn't had her period for more than 2-3 months should see a professional. You should not hesitate and see your doctor. I had a very unpredictable menstruation pattern and it did turn out to be quite serious. Another thing is that maybe the hormones that trigger a positive result aren't high enough. Take your materna vitamins. Take care of your body, take care of your relationship with your man.

Depo really screws your body up. I've heard some take forever to get pregnant and some have even had to go to fertility doctors in order to conceive.
