YES!
get it out in the open. you have nothing to lose. if he likes you back, hurrah, if not screw him. if he's weird to you after you tell him, he was a complete loser and karma will get him.

GO FORTH AND SEEK LOVE

I'm a guy. Many of my friends are too shy to ask someone out, and have the same question as you about co-workers... but would really be happy to start dating someone at work if they knew the feeling was mutual.

Go for it!

There are rules to live by and one of them is: NEVER dip your pen in company ink. In your case, never open your jar cap for a company quill.

Sex with someone in the workplace will only lead to invariable conversations about others in the same workplace and, in many instances, will become career limiting for the woman (unless, of course, she's getting it on with a Sr. VP). Seriously, ask yourself how you would feel at work if things ended badly and he talked about you to others in the workplace.

Keeping one's dignity is much more important than a roll in the sack.

If it is not against company policy, go ahead and feel the situation out. Keep in mind however that dating someone in the same workplace is never a good idea. Take it slow.

hard to say....start flirting with him and see how he responds...maybe take in a drink bottle and offer him a drink from your bottle, if he takes it its a definate sign, if not then theres still a possibility. invite him over for a few drinks with friends, he will make the effort if he likes you. i wouldnt go straight out and tell him at work because you will probably distract him for the rest of the day and you really dont wanna be responsible for getting him in trouble

My be he's shy or scared of what you might think if he told you, I think you should tell him the worst that could happen is that he could reject your offer and in that case your in the same position your in now, or he could tell you he likes you to and you guys could actually have something there, but if you don't you will just spend your whole life wondering WHAT IF?

Life is too short to be afraid of rejection. Ask him out, but be casual about it, like it won't break you if he says no. Maybe he's worried that you don't like him, so just go for it. If he doesn't like you then he doesn't like you. You'll get over it.

He might just want to be your friend. Let things take a natural course, and if he shows signs of wanting to be more than friends, then tell him.

ask him to come out to a bar that you know or a hang out that you go to. that will make it not seem like a date. while you are there you can get into whatever it is you need to say.
