My fiance LOVES this dish, and it's pretty easy to make. You need a red onion, red and green pepper, and jalapenos (jarred arent as strong as fresh). Cut up and sautee those until tender. Then I use Ragu classic alfredo sauce and mix in a little bit of Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning (a little goes a long way!) along with some garlic. Then I throw in the veggies and some real bacon bits and Southwest flavored pre-cooked chicken strips (can't remember what brand it is-Louis Rich maybe?) And finally melt an Italian cheese blend in the sauce. Serve over your favorite pasta and top with a little more cheese. It's a great spicy dish.

Might I suggest Salmon Azteca with a light orange baste. A nice potato saute. And a salad wedge with bacon. And to complete it, a glass of white zinfandel. Want the recipe? send me a message. By the way it only takes 30-40 minutes prep time!

make steak (get a t-bone or some type of prime rib) and potatoes and broccoli with cheese, you cant go wrong, just put the steak in the oven, season it up with onion salt, garlic salt, meat tenderizer and some season all, add some veggies for xtra flavor like onion and green peppers, add a lil butter and it should come our very tender and he'll luv it and get som crossiant cresent rolls, they are to die for make sure you get the butter ones. ever since i made this for my dude, i practically make it every other day.
