because you should turn it off while not in use (on his back) & only let your child play with it under supervision--it is made for18mth+ .my 3 yr old was laying in the recliner w/pablo & he started screaming...there is wheels on the bottom that pinched his skin- hours later he still has 2 red circles on his tummy.there is a warning on bottom not to let it get near hair- it is the same color as the toy it doesnt stand out...this worries me- please tell everyone that might have one. i went to mattells web - but theres no way to leave a message

it is a great toy...i did contact fisher price customer service ...they did offer me a refund ....i refused, i do plan on keepin pablo off & away unless i an sitting RIGHT next to him...my son adores him - he is speach delayed & he sings & dances w/ him...i just wanted everyone to know what the possibilities are ahead of time.

My daughter loves her Pablo. It's so cute.
I just got Pablo out and was rolling my arm on its wheels. I can see how a little kids skin could get pinched. Also I used a my little pony and it took a while for the hair to go up in it. But it did and was all tangled in it. A for sure hair cut moment.
I would differently make sure this toy is turned off if your not in the room just in case.
To turn it off the switch is on the bottom. by the lower Velcro.

They really should put the warning on there better. Who would think a little kids toy could hurt like that?

OMG! My daughter wanted that for christmas, i'm glad i didn't buy it! Wasn't there a number on the instruction when you baught it, or on the box? You should really get in touch with them!
