Miley Cyrus has b-e-a-utiful hair. How do i get my hair wavy like this, and shiny, but not frizzy?
btw~ i have the straightest hair and i have long bangs(about to the end of my nose), healthy hair, kinda thin, my hair goes 3-4 in past my collar bone.

A one inch curling iron. Curl random pieces of hair and then run your fingers through them to loosen them up. As for the shine, use pantene pro-v smooth and sleek. It's absolutely amazing. I get compliments all the time.

Get a curling iron and lightly curl your hair then part your bangs and hair sightly on a side part make sure it is nearly a middle part, only a little to the side!

directions:
shampoo hair. do not condition. blow dry to about 50% dry. apply root lifter ('root boost' or something similar) to root area. continue to blow dry to about 90 - 95% dry. twist hair in large sections into little buns (make sure to keep hair tangle free by finger combing each section first) and pin in place with bobby pins or little butterfly clips. continue to blow dry (almost bone-dry) spray with root boost again. blow dry it in well. let cool. apply pomade (only a TINY bit) to finger tips and rub them together. take out buns and run fingers thru ends once or twice. back comb the roots of each section with your fingers. spray.
make sure to put bangs in with some longer pieces. hers are longer. if you make the bangs one bun it will look strange.

take a picture to your hair stylist and ask them ask them is a wave perm would do the trick....., then use a hair glaze for the shine

for the first time you should take the picture to a salon and have them do the style. then ask the stylist what to do to maintain the style.
