Generally, not those problems you describe but fungus in the body can cause long term problems. There are many types of fungi that can afflict the body and manifest themselves in many forms.

Firstly, however, I'd focus on eradicating it from your body rather than ask whether it causes problems.

Commercial topical applications have a short term effect and some have nasty side effects. You need to go deeper: by starting with your diet.

Fungus thrives in an acidic environment. Reduce this by eliminating acid causing foods such as coffee, yeasts, flour and other processed foods. Get into leafy greens, fresh filtered water (not juice), lightly steamed vegetables and real yoghurt.

While you're doing that, soaking your afflicted toes in cider vinegar daily is a good, medicinal choice. Grapeseed extract and tea tree oil is also good but make sure it's pure and that you use a small bit of it.

Fungus doesn't have to be with you for life. And if you are consistent, it won't take long before you start noticing the changes.

idk about the things you mentioned but my sister got a HORRIBLE skin infection on her big toe due to the fungus. would not go with weeks and weeks of antibiotics. they finally just took the nail off
