I work with a guy i like (dont tell me i shouldnt get involved...part time job, its allowed, work in different parts of the store) A couple weeks ago he'd always go out of his way to talk to me and ask me when I work next, joke around with me and now not so much. I mean I'm really shy. do you think its possible he thought I was interested or was never interested at all. If this was a guy I didnt work with I'd come out and just tell him I like him. If you think I he might like me, how do I make it obvious I like him. Guys, answer please and tell me how you can tell a girl is interested. Im so confused with this guy.

dont say guys always come out and say "i like you" not always...i always seem to be the first one, guys arnt exactly forward with their feelings

First of all please do not bother with the book, 'he's just not into you.' Its crap and the people who wrote it are NOT relationship experts but two writers from the TV show Sex and The City.
Some men are not in your face about how they feel.
It seems as if he was throwing hints but you being shy did not respond as strong as he liked, so he assumed you were not interested.
Start a conversation with him, take the initiative.
Then if he still is cold toward you , you will know where you stand with him.

Try using food. Offering another person food is a universal sign of friendship. Bake some cookies or something and offer him some. See what happens.

Sounds like was being friendly and flirty and you took it and ran with it. Chill out and let him make the first move if he's interested any futher. He knows your schedule.

come on, find the guts, walk up to him and say "hey, i like you and wondered if you were interersted". if yes, good, if no, move on
