When I plug in the XBOX to the Video2 section the color on the screen is black and white. I also tried the DVD Player to make sure it wasn't just the XBOX, but that was black and white too.

I have a WF20L6 20 inch LCD television and when I plug in the XBOX to the Video2 section the color on the screen is black and white. I also tried the DVD Player to make sure it wasn't just the XBOX, but that was black and white too.

This sounds like a problem with your menu settings for Video2. Most modern TVs are capable of separate tunings for each input (color, contrast, brightness, tint, sharpness) and it sounds as if this may be the problem. Enter your user menu (the one accessed via the remote) and select the proper input, in this case Video2 though it may simply be input 2 under the menu settings. Now bring up the picture setting portion of the menu as it relates to the #2 input and adjust your settings accordingly, making sure to review the entire selection so as not to miss any 'enhancement' features. Personally I don't use these as they generate more electronic noise than they actually improve the picture but a simple comparison should be tried to suit your own taste. Hopefully this should solve your dilema. Good luck and have a great day.

Make sure you connect composite video (yellow) out to composite video in or component (R/G/B) out to (R/G/B) in. If in component you only connect the green, then you will get black and white picture.
