Theraflu..Definitely. They have drowsy and non-drowsy and two flavors (that I know of): Lemon and Cherry. You mix it just like you would mix hot chocolate: Fill a cup with HOT water and add the packet. You can find theraflu at any drugstore. It works wonders. It usually only takes me two cups before I feel healthy again.

I use Benadryl for most of those symptoms, but be prepared to be knocked out. I get really tired after taking benadryl. For runny nose and congestion I use nose drops with 1% phenylephrine, it does an excellent job of clearing the passages.

I think that benadryl is the best choice although it is not as good for congestion as it is for a runny nose or itchy eyes.
I am not a medical professional and you probably should consult your physician.

for runny nose make sure you use only NASAL SPRAY and its better be non drowsy...I also treat the problem with hot water and drinking hot coffee and tea...when u get runny nose always keep your ears, nose, foots and hands warm...
for other problems i recommend night Tylenol...it works great when u are at sleep..if u do take night Tylenol make sure u got to bed early ..
good luck..

A shotgun or vaccum to whatever is giving you allergies, or is that a cold you have? Best medicine is prevention, but lame to say now... Lotsa hot (chicken) soup, honey in your tea, and drink plenty of whatever (no booze), if it's not allergies you have, stay inside & warm. Plenty of rest & chillaxin'!
