Kidney infections sometimes have pain and sometimes they don't, but you need to get this checked out now. If you indeed have an infection, Tylenol will not make it go away. It can be deadly to you and the baby if not treated.

Don't take too much tylenol. If it hurts when you urinate you could have a kidney infection. Being pregnant you must have a doctor, you do need to call.

Symptoms may include:
1) Pain in kidney
2) Fever
3) Blood in urine
4) Pain when urinating
I suggest that you do not take a tylonol, which might simply mask the symptoms. If you were not pregnant, I would say monitor it for a day and see if it gets worse or other symptoms occur. Since you are pregnant, it could be related to your pregnancy, and that is not something you want to mess with, so I would go to the doctor and get it checked ASAP.
