you have a lifeless short to floor from that turn sign. The flasher works the two via a steel strip that heats up once you turn the blinker on or an digital circuit that does the comparable ingredient. that's what makes the blinker blink. whether that's shorted to floor the load motives speedy cycling of the flasher and if it is going on long sufficient it may harm the flasher or reason the fuse to blow or circuit breaker to holiday and reset till it burns out. however in case you grew to become a nook and the automated cancel characteristic interior the steerage column breaks the turn sign lever won't click off and turn the blinker off. it somewhat is not sparkling which out of your description however the 1st is likely for my section.

In the fuse panel theres a square box and when you turn on the flashers or blinker this box will click you can fill it. Its called flaser relay. Go to the auto parts store pull it out take it in and ask for a quality relay thats quiet. $ is more. If that doesnt work insulate the fuse panel from you.

As per one of the other answers, listen for the location, find the relay/flasher, then pull it and wrap it with foam tape( hardware store) to quiet it. You cannot eliminate it though.

On the american versions, it's part of the module if I remember and you drill or try to disconnect it, you will have other problems possibly.. just something to have to live with.

This is a mechanical item and clicks just because. you can't turn it down. maybe replacing the flasher with a new one may be a little quieter....or LOUDER!
