If all you want to do is resize, insert the picture in a Word document.

right-cl the image and select "format picture."

click the Size tab.
cl in "lock aspect ratio"
cl "relative to original size"

Enter a size in height box, then tab to width
Width with automatically be entered

i dont know about but there is a website that resizes images just google imageshack and click on the link that has imageshack on its URL just try it and see if it works

you can resize you image in paint. when you ope your picture click "image" at the top then click " stretch/skew" then you type how much bigger or smaller you want it.
