What kind of 6mm paintballs should I buy?

I am asking for my friend who got a 250 fps airsoft rifle for christmas.
He said that the sales associate told him he could use 6mm paintballs, but I've heard they'll break. So what is the best kind, that doesn't break!!??

Oh this is an easy one since i researched them.
Ok whatever u do use a spring gun that is 250fps or down.
Whatever u do NEVER use this in a mini or a submachine gun or any type of gun besides springers cause they will break inside the barrel and u will have a messy barrel which u will have to clean out or your gun will just mess up so just get a springer not too expensive and ur good to go with springers. So the rifle is gonna be good with the paintball cause it shoots 250fps so it wont break.

Also U can try any 6mm paintballs as all of them have the same resistence to break.
