After washing hair, towel dry your hair. Then, put in either gel or mousse from roots to tips. Next, frech braid your hair(one braid for bigger waves, 2 braids for tighter waves) when it is still wet. Once in the braids, get a blowdryer and dry the hair. Once it is relatively dry, take out the braids, and just take your fingers to shake out the braids. Hairspray if you feel that it is necessary.

I suggest you trying a few different ways every day of this week. :P so that you know what works best with your hair.

That same thing has happened to me! Really, all you can do WITHOUT cutting it short and growing it out again is to either stop straightening it for a while, or to try using some of those new shampoos out there that are for curly hair. That's what I did. I used the Herbal Essences Totally Twisted (or you could use the None of Your Frizzness). It helped after a while! :D Hope that helps!

Just put it in rollers(or curl it with a curling iron...but i'd suggest rollers) and while it's still slightly warm take the rollers out n comb thru ur hair w/a wide tooth comb or a "pick" as they're called.

wash and set your hair in large rollers with setting lotion and either leave to air dry or sit under a hooded dryer, remove rollers when completely dry and cooled down if using hairdryer, shake your head upside down and use your fingers to arrange your curls/waves into the style you desire, and then spray some non-sticky hairspray over your hair to keep your style in place

Buy a good mousse such as L'oreal (the type that is intended for curly/wavy hair) and scrunch your hair on damp hair. It works like magic!

go and check out some wigs or hair pieces, they really come in handy when you are having a hair crisis.
