I just ate a whole lemon, don't ask. I feel horrible, I kind of have a mild headache. I am hungry, but there really is nothing to eat in the house, and I can't fall alseep if I eat 2 hours before bed. So right now I am drinking cold water, and still not feeling very good.
Could the lemon have been bad? Or does everyone feel this way when they eat a whole lemon WITHOUT SUGAR?

No, this is not a diet.
And I do eat regular food, but as I said, I can't really eat anything right now unless I want to stay up 2 extra hours.

People, please don't assume lemons is all I eat!
I was feeling brave, and extreme boredom can lead people to do strange things.

It's probably all the acid in you from the lemon.
Lemons have a pretty low pH causing them to be acidic. Take a Tums or whatever antacid you have lying around and in this case you may need more than the bottle recommends because of the volume of acid in your stomach instead of the the overall acidity of the juice you consumed in the lemon.
Drink more water, it will bring down your stomach's acidity level and get things back in shape. But don't drink too much, it could have a double-whammy effect on your red blood cells. If you throw up or anything like that or have bad diahrea don't be worried, it's just your body getting rid of all the stuff you ate. But after those antacids settle in and start working you should be felling a lot better.
You may also want to cut down on any hard activity that you don't need to do. Just sit back and relax because it's the best thing you can do for yourself right now with the acid going through your body.
And also make sure if you ever have the weird craving to eat a lemon again take some antacid both before and after you eat the lemon, that way you won't run into as many problems then as you did now.

It is the acid. Sometimes when I eat an orange I get a stomach ache. It just hurts because you increased the pH of your stomach contents, making it more irritating to your stomach. It wont hurt you but your stomach ache is normal. Dont eat any more lemons. Maybe try eating chocolate, or a antacid which are basic, and should help neutralize the acid in your stomach.

The stomach is an onboard acid chamber. You just added even more acid to your stomach. It is possible that you are experiencing an induced acid reflux or a mild ulceritis. You need to decrease the acidity. Bread or other starches will do the trick. Do not try dairy. There is the possibility of the milk fat curdelling in your stomach. Much like drinking bad milk... the result is not pleasant.
