I don't think age matters as far as how successful the relationship will be. If you two get along and have the same moral and value then that's great. What would worry me, being the older one in a relationship would be what will she be like in 3-5 years. How will she be different? Will she have the same value system? At 32, someone will not change very much, but at 19 compared to 21, 25, 30 the person will be a lot different.

Well I have been there and I would say yes, not necessarily the age gap but how old you two are. I dated a 38 year old when I was 21; he was fixed in his ways and only wanted to be exclusive when other guys wanted me, then he cheated anyway. You are young, have fun, find guys your own age. He has been through the fun stage, he probably works and is independent and has a lot of responsibilities which you don't at the time. Eventually it will tear you apart because the two of you are not on the same playing field. Now if you were 32 and he was 45, that would not be an issue because you would both be established, but have fun while you can.

A dating age gap well, it's a little distant but if you get along than who cares? Now if this moves into a more serious relationship and marriage is coming then it might become more difficult. Especially in the long run. Are you going to want to be with a 52 year old when you are 39? Or a 62 year old when you are just 49?

Well missy. . .almost all men who are 32 and are involved with women who are 19 are in it for just one thing. . .SEX!!! You know it. . I know it. . . and the world knows it! Ask yourself this. . . if your friend who was 19. . .was dating a 32 year old. . . what would you think? What would you think of her? What would you think of him? Also . . . what is this guys dating history? Does he always date girls so much younger than him? Many guys date younger women because they are total losers and can really offer nothing to a woman their own age. Many 19 year old girls will date an older man because all it takes to impress them is a cool car or nice apartment. Let me guess. . .you are a waitress and he is your manager huh? Most guys who are 19 years old are rough, unrefined, and selfish. . . maybe this guy just sweet talked you with some lame lines that are still more evolved than what you hear from guys your own age. Maybe your home life and relationship with your father was lacking and you are looking for a father figure in your significant other. The bottom line is most men who are 32 and dating a 19 year old are total douchebags!! If you had a 19 year old daughter would you want her seeing a 32 year old? What do your parents think. . . let me guess. . they don't know huh? Try this and see what happens. . . . tell this guy no more sex until you are married. I bet you he wouldn't stay with you for a month. . . . and if he did. . you'd be fighting all the time. I may be wrong but 99% of the time the guy in your situation is a complete douchebag. Good luck missy!

As long as the gap isn't too big, it's fine. But if its more than about 8 or 9 years then it probably does matter... but then again it completely depends on the person...

Love isn't a # it's an emotion, a feeling, Love can and will conquer all. If this is true love there is nothing that can stop you two, so just take it one day at a time and don't let others opinion's sway you. Do what you want not what everyone else tells you!! Best of luck to you!!!
