I did a oil change on my car. I put five quarts of oil in changed the filter and tighten up all the bolts. My dipstick say the oil is full but the light still comes on.

Your oil sensor may not be functioning ( broken ) or the connector could be pulled loose. The oil sensor is relative easy to replace.

The switch is located on the left side of the cylinder head facing front and is very easy to replace. It should be literally a 10 minute job to replace. Replace it with a Toyota part, aftermarket switches aren't always the same. If it still comes on you may be looking at oil pump replacement which can be very expensive.

Sounds about right. Good job. You can put a piece of black electrical tape over the light so it doesn't bother you, or replace the sensor. Or it could be a bad wire or poor connection. Check that first.

Don't take the chance take it to a garage and have the oil pressure manually checked with a external gage the pickup in the oil pan might be plugged . Why gamble with your engine

The light shows oil PRESSURE not level.

You may need a new pressure sensor.
