Yes it sure is your business. I do think you and your mother need to have a good talk. Do not condem her for wanting affection. You need your mothers love and you mother also needs something from another as well.
Be patient and try to understand. I am sure your mother still cares just as much about you as always. Please take the time to talk to your mother.
If you can take things a little at a time. find out how much she cares about this man and go from there.

Perhaps you need to discuss the situation with your mom. I can understand you may feel abandoned or perhaps upset still about the divorce. Or maybe you are feeling jealous about another man being in your mother's life. However, and I hate to say this to you, but your mom's sex life is her business only. There are some things that children are just not involved with. She is a grown woman capable of making decisions on her own. I know this being a mother myself. However, I believe your mom should not have had a picture of the man's penis on her phone.

She is an adult, she should act like one.
Does she even have a clue that she is suppose to be the female role model in your life.
Screwing real loud in your house and putting a pic of his penis on her cell is trashy. She sounds more concerned with having fun, than being a responsible mom.
Go live with your dad. I feel bad for you, there's nothing worse on a kids psyche than a mom who acts this way.
ETA..I see the frustration you have is now being taken out on others..with the dude you beat up so bad you might have to go to court.
There ya' go all the posters telling him his mom should be left alone because she is an adult. Her putting herself first is making a very hostile young man..

I would talk to your mother and let her know that although she is an adult and she wants to go crazy with this guy you are her son and you deserve some respect have her go crazy with the guy at his place and not be at your home having fun also hide the penis pic she can look at that on her own and put another wall paper more comfortable for you to look at in case you use her phone to make calls hopefully she will have some respect of your feelings and you two can get along good luck to you

Try to become skilled at a martial art, allow yourself a few years to mature and bust that fellow right in the mouth.
Meanwhile, become the MAN OF THE HOUSE and tell your mom to get a clue. I'd be tempted to tell that guy to stay away, or punch him out sooner, if you're able.

I can understand it may upset you, but the bottom line when the dust settles and the smoke clears, is it really is her business and not yours. If she's not married and neither is he, then it's just adults being adults (sorry, but I don't know how to express that any better).
Although, if I were a single parent, I certainly wouldn't put nude pics of a woman on my cell phone, but that's just me...

yes she may be your mom, but she does has a life of her own and she has the right to see who ever she wants, shes not married no more. and just because she is seeing someone does not mean she loves you less. and you are not going to lose her, talk to her and tell you exactly how you feel. and i bet she will tell you that she loves you and you won't lose her. she is human and gets lonely too. what happens when you get married, you will leave and get your own home, and she will be left all alone, is that what you really want for your mother to be lonely.
