Yes. You can get lung cancer even though you never smoked a cigarette also. If we knew why cancers occurred in everyone we would be able to wipe out the nasty disease.

Yes. HPV causes over 95% of cervical cancer but there are some cases which have no known cause, or the cause is genetic.

I am sorry to inform you that the majority of cancers are not the result of sexually transmitted diseases. Although there is a small percentage of of cancers that are caused - or in some way linked to - sexually transmitted diseases cervical cancer is not one of them. I do not think you can because certain strains of HPV is linked to cancer, and you cannot get HPV with out having sex, but then again you can get cancer anywhere.
