I have NEVER seen anyone have to put a CD player or a digital camera in a bin separated from other items. I carry a digital camera all the time and have no TSA person has ever said anything. The ONLY things that the I have specifically seen signs about: Laptop computers CPAP machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure devices for treating sleep apnea) Large game player consoles They never want to look at a stack of CDs. They are not a weapon and are no danger to the aircraft in any way. They do not care if they are legal or pirated - it is not the TSA's job to enforce those kinds of rules. Personally, I would leave your CD player, CDs and you camera in your carry on bag and shove it through the x-ray machine. If the TSA people have any questions, they will ask you when it comes out the other end.

Yes, you can bring all the aforementioned items. Never pack anything like that in checked luggage...could be damaged or stolen. You have to take the laptop out of the case when you go through the security checkpoint. If you use film, request that they hand inspect the film. Never put film in your checked luggage either...it will be damaged.

I believe you can bring liquid with you on the plane, provided you purchased it after you passed through the security screening. You can bring a plastic baggie of toiletries and such, provided they're in bottles of 3 oz. or less. If it's a 4 oz bottle but you have only 1 oz in there...it still will be tossed.

Yes you can they actually suggest that you carry those items on your carry on luggage rather then you checked luggage - as they are more likely to get damaged in your checked luggage.

Yes, you can. I traveled right before Thanksgiving and was able to carry on my iPod, cell phone and laptop. When going through the checks, you are required to remove the laptop from it's bag before sending it through the machine.

All of the above are OK. The current hassle is liquids. Only travel sized bottles and tube are allowed. Enjoy your flight.

Yes. You just generally can't use them during the first 10 minutes of the flight, and during the landing.

I don't know, I don't think you might be able to bring anything these dars, you might be accused of hitting someone over the head with these objects. As for your camera, they might think that you might flash the pilot to death and take over the plain.

Certain airlines have restrictions on what you can bring on board. You should check the airlines website, or call the airline. But regardless, you can bring these things on.
