As a younger child I was overweight. In fact I weighed 107 lbs at at 9 and I was only 4'9". Then I began losing weight steadily from eating and growing. In 7th grade I joined cross-country and began eating extremely healthy [ONLY fruits and veggies//I refused to eat junk food or desserts or fast food]. I weighed 105 then and was about 5'2". Now I am 5'4" and I weigh 120 lbs because I let myself eat "not so healthy foods." I have gained 15 lbs in the last 2 years. Is this bad? Should I go back to the way I was eating before? Thanks.

While I wouldn't say eat only fruits and vegetables, it would be a good idea to limit junk food. If you are still doing cross-country you will be keeping your body fat down.

As to whether that 15 pounds is bad (you did gain 2 inches of height in that time) you would have to analyze how much body fat you are holding onto. If you can see your abs then you are probably doing fine. But if you do a pinch on your abs and get an inch of fat between your fingers, you probably should lose some weight.
