I've had an ultra sound done and the doctors found nothing but I still feel pain and a lump which they say is the stem of my belly button but it hurts. Any advice?

Maybe it is a hernia.

You may have an umbilical hernia and no one has been
astute enough to find it. Try this, lay flat on your back
place you 3 middle fingers over your belly button, umbilicus
them try to raise up to a sitting position without using your
arms or elbows. If you feel a bulging over your navel or
pain in the area, you probably have a slight umbilical defect
(hernia)

you may have a small hernia. or, if you ended up with idiot doctors as i some times have, it may be your appendix.
